BACKGROUND

The concept of creating a strategic marketing plan with targeted campaign outreach was new to Wellpartner. Our goals included opening meaningful communication channels with their audiences, reinforcing their new positioning, and increasing customer acquisition. We believe that successful marketing campaigns are more than just promotions and advertisements. A well-crafted campaign should leverage multiple mediums, use a sequence of messages over an extended time frame that supports positioning, define a brand experience, and handle the campaign fulfillment by selling more services.

We wanted to generate leads that resulted in sales and position Wellpartner as the only choice for 340B Program management. Conducting initial market research, listening to Wellpartner’s customers identify what matters most was a key part of our campaign planning.  As a result, we created a meaningful two-phase campaign approach that will endure for years to come.

NobleRock began its campaign strategy development for Wellpartner by first defining the goals to be achieved. The company wanted to increase its visibility and create the perception that they are the authority and industry leader in 340B Program management. Wellpartner needed to be positioned as the “go-to” company for solving the market’s most pressing challenges around 340B Program management, the company that has developed service solutions that all organizations count on day in and day out.

Our objective was to frame a story in terms of the value delivered—addressing the issues that truly matter to Wellpartner’s current clients as well as prospective buyers. We created a campaign that was both direct and clear.

“Wellpartner…When it Matters Most”.

A second campaign that builds off campaign one was scheduled to commence 12 months later, with campaign one continuing.

No longer a “Me-Too” company,  Wellpartner now has a strong, targeted, and differentiated message platform that elevates the company’s industry position across all audiences.

NobleRock Creative established Wellpartner as the industry leader in the 340B administrative space. Within a year of our program completion, CVS acquired Wellpartner, accomplishing the goal established when we commenced our strategic partnership with the company.
