Good content is what sets one website apart from the masses and delivers the right enduring message into the hearts and minds of one’s customers.  An initial assessment of the Wellpartner website identified outdated information, two generations of branding and a multitude of broken links and pages. The website existed on two separate technology platforms lacking consistency of brand continuity.  In addition, the company had no strategic plan for digital communications.

For a business to grow and achieve its full potential, it needs to be seen. Thus NobleRock established a strategic overhaul for developing a new Wellpartner website. The design was effective and worked in tandem with supporting content.  The simplicity of the design now supports messaging and delivers it in a visual, easy-to-process manner. The newly created design also reinforced Wellpartner’s brand and facilitated purchasing decisions.

The Digital Campaign involves ongoing communication outreach to all audiences by using eBlasts and Social Channels to share information on Wellpartner’s Services, Thought Leadership, Industry Updates, Corporate News, and Governance.  All these communications link directly back to the website for additional information and an opportunity to connect online. We also implemented analytics on the website to track and monitor viewers. The website was fully optimized for SEO with easy to use and manage Administration.

RESULTS

NobleRock tracked and monitored a significant spike in website viewers in correlation with eBlast and social channel outreach. Open and click-through rates were more than double than previous initiatives. In the first three months of our implementation, the lead generation captured 6 strong leads from highly desired targets that had previously seemed out-of-reach to the Sales and Executive teams.  The website now contains clear, relevant, and keyword-rich content emphasizing Wellpartner’s strengths and core business values and ultimately directing users to take action.

Improved lead generation and customer growth quickly caught CVS’s attention, and Wellpartner became a strategic and successful acquisition target.
