Culture F.I.R.S.T.
BACKGROUND
Culture is often difficult for an organization to articulate. Its impact is far-reaching and influences management, process, products, employee attraction and retention, productivity, reputation, and ultimately the bottom line. Wellpartner’s leadership wanted to build a strong culture and provide an environment that nurtures pride and accomplishment. We identified the desired attributes that represented Wellpartner and created a culture campaign to reinforce key behaviors and help guide current and new employees in the program’s adoption and engagement.

Successful cultures exemplify the mission, vision and core values of the organization.
F.I.R.S.T. CAMPAIGN
NobleRock branded the campaign around five key behaviors that we had previously identified in our Brand initiative. Using the acronym FIRST: Focus; Integrity; Respect; Service; and Teamwork, we created the W FIRST campaign.

We associated these five behaviors to values the employees wanted to emulate, and the company identified important attributes to exhibit with clients and all audiences. To reinforce the program’s adoption, we created a series of posters and other promotional components to share with employees. Wellpartner already had an Award program for employees, and we connected the FIRST values to this program as a part of recognizing employee achievements.
