BACKGROUND

During the course of our Brand Audit & Assessment of CRMfusion, it became clear that there was no corporate brand equity among key customers and partners. The purchase of CRMfusion was an initial step towards creating a much larger brand vision to address data integrity and a path towards helping companies validate and leverage their customer information.  So we created the Validity brand.

Sometimes you are too close to your own brand and its message that it is difficult to see the gaps in what you say and how you present your brand.

SOLUTION

The Validity name and new corporate identity elements reinforce credibility, trust, and confidence, drawing from the newly established brand attributes. We designed a distinctive brand mark and applied a modern color palette to support brand visual differentiation from the existing competitor brand landscape. We designed a uniform platform that supported existing products and the future growth vision of Validity. The new platform design structure accommodates for new products and product acquisitions.

Like the identity design approach, we needed to create a messaging platform that supported the current products and channels and set the foundation for supporting the future vision of Validity with a more expansive and elevated brand positioning and messages. Trust is paramount, and we incorporated that in the company tagline: Trust Your Data.

NobleRock simplified the existing message platform to better resonate with clients and prospects. We then developed a messaging platform that addressed data integrity and validation in a broader setting laying the foundation for deeper conversations and thought leadership development. We ensured message continuity across all collateral and communication channels and established guidelines for others to use as the story continues to be shared.

The NobleRock team worked long hours completing complex tasks to help us get our products rebranded in such a short time. The transformation is amazing and our website and brand collateral look is clear and professional.

RESULTS

With one highly successful acquisition already completed, and rapidly growing sales, Validity is on a fast-track to achieving success quickly. We had a soft launch in May 2018, followed by a broader audience and promotional launch at the SalesForce Conference in September 2018. It was the perfect opportunity for the Sales team to re-engage contacts and feel confident in their new brand and messages.
