BACKGROUND

One of the early challenges for the NobleRock team was to design and build a corporate website within a short timeframe to coincide with an industry event and a new brand launch. We aimed to tell the ABILITY story in a simple and concise conversational manner that the marketplace would easily understand. It was also important that the new website would be scalable to accommodate an expanding product suite and a growing resource tool inventory. We also needed to strategically prepare for a seamless connectivity with a new single-sign-on customer portal.

Creating a good first impression with clear and meaningful information was key to differentiate ABILITY from others in a fiercely competitive market.

Relevant content is what sets one website apart from the masses and delivers the right enduring message into the hearts and minds of one’s customers. Our clear, direct, and simple approach was aimed to provide customers with key information at-a-glance and the ability to dive deeper where necessary.

NobleRock utilized responsive design to create ABILITY’s new website for easy viewing on multiple digital devices. A simple, intuitive, and functional navigation was another important feature in the design with original content promoting its service offerings.

The use of videos and animations allowed ABILITY to showcase their brand’s personality while allowing visitors to get a better sense of the Company and what they stand for—fostering an emotional connection that keeps customers coming back.

Connecting many of the new components to social features also enabled the ABILITY marketing team to quickly measure the success of their communications and build lead-generation to capture new sales opportunities.

CLIENT CONTROL – SELF SUSTAINING

Designing for a Microsoft SharePoint platform, we created multiple templates and styles for the ABILITY IT team to reuse and expand the public-facing site. Since speed to market is key in any business, we worked with the ABILITY IT team to enable multiple functions and features quickly by utilizing many of the Microsoft SharePoint out-of-the-box tools.

RESULTS

The website was successfully launched within four weeks. Showcasing ABILITY’s unique service offerings in value-driven messaging provided customers with the answers to their pressing business problems and increased the opportunity to engage in conversation. ABILITY’s website became not only a communication vehicle but also a vital sales tool.
