BACKGROUND

To generate interest from the financial investment community and allow ABILITY Network to stand out from the crowd, their Executive team turned to NobleRock Creative to create a unique and visually engaging pitch book that would excite a potential investor. Having worked extensively with ABILITY Network for several years and having a strong familiarity with firms in the investment world, provided NobleRock with a distinctive advantage in continuing to tell their story.

SOLUTION

We utilized a unique creative approach throughout and in particular to communicating key messages specific to this audience. We played a key role in developing a narrative that would resonate well within the investment community. Our goal was to stay true to the legacy and vision of an innovative and high-growth SaaS company that was focused in the healthcare sector.

Our design approach was carefully thought-out and structured to support the ABILITY story and complimented the presentation style of the company’s CEO. The book was strategically organized in a manner for a quick read with strong visual reinforcement. The right page focused on key messages and supporting visual elements, while the left page displayed supplemental facts and figures. This provided a simple and clean style intended for clarity and easy comprehension.

RESULTS

The result was an atypical sized pitch book, clean, simple and concise—created with the purpose to develop a conversation and connect on an emotional level to investors. We told the ABILITY story that was relatable, inspirational and addressed the problems faced by their target audience. We provided a strong opportunity for personal engagement, which matched the style and personality of the CEO, Mark Briggs. The final Specialty Investor Pitch solution to help him secure a  $500mm investment round.

ABILITY was eventually acquired by Inovalon for $1.2billion. We are passionate about our work and about building meaningful, lasting client relationships.
