BACKGROUND
The NobleRock Creative team was engaged by Apixio’s executive team to review, audit, and analyze the company brand and provide recommendations to enhance the brand to reflect new product offerings. The focus of this assessment was to understand the competitive landscape and help Apixio leverage their current offerings while introducing new clinical and quality products to a broader market.
Sometimes you are too close to your own brand and its message that it is often difficult to see the gaps in what you say and how you present your brand.
SOLUTION
NobleRock conducted three months of extensive research while reviewing and assessing the Apixio brand, positioning, and messaging across various channels, including employee and customer interviews, survey feedback, websites, collateral materials, and corporate and sales presentations. We also undertook a wide-ranging review of over a dozen competitors, assessing brand messages and positioning, which allowed us to identify gaps and opportunities for Apixio to differentiate themselves and lead the market. All findings and recommendations were presented in three documents: Brand Report, Competitor Assessment, and Brand Enhancements, collectively providing over 112 pages of insights.
“Peter and Chelle – this is a great piece of work! Wow! So much good stuff in these documents for our teams to review and
benefit from”.
