The old CRMfusion website was a complex network of multiple stitched together solutions and attempts to address market, product, and sales initiatives. The overall messages were confusing and highly technical. In addition to this, the company had no strategic plan for digital communications or marketing outreach.

At the heart of business success lies a strategic marketing campaign that is clear, well thought out, and integrated across all channels. That’s what we intended to accomplish for Validity.

SOLUTION

NobleRock planed a complete strategic overhaul for developing a new website. We created clean and sophisticated page designs and used a simple layout for workflows that provided users with quick access to important decision making content. All pages provided viewers with a call-to-action opportunity to connect with Validity sales professionals.

Our Digital Campaigns included ongoing communication outreach to all audiences by using eBlasts and Social Channels to share information on Company Services; Thought Leadership; Industry Updates; Corporate News; and Governance. We gave all viewer channels a complete brand design overhaul to match the new corporate identity and positioning.

Working with other strategic partners, we led the UI/UX design process for a new customer portal to facilitate the Salesforce audience and additional future CRM channels. We also initiated strategic Google and SEO campaigns with KPI tracking, gated content, and measurement.

RESULTS

NobleRock tracked and monitored a  significant spike in website viewers in correlation with all eBlast and social channel outreach. Open, and click-through rates continued to grow with each new initiative. Over the first three months of this program, the lead generation increased by 400%.
