BACKGROUND

A challenge for any company is customer outreach. ABILITY Network’s products and services compete in a saturated market space where important details are not always visible. The need for a thought leadership program would provide a way to accomplish four important things: generate issue awareness to broader audiences, promote company culture, advance recruiting efforts, and expand partnerships with key stakeholders.

The NobleRock team created a unique suite of characters to help tell the many ABILITY stories. Combined with the right message, ABILITY Network was able to have a meaningful impact on existing and new customers to deliver positive results.

The NobleRock Creative team worked closely with the ABILITY marketing team to create a series of stories that helped raise awareness of popular issues and address misconceptions. The result was a series of papers, posters, videos, and animations that served as promotional and marketing outreach and provided viewers with valuable insights and ideas relevant to many of today’s healthcare challenges.

We created animations for use in video and presentations for outreach across multiple channels. Newly created posters and personal stories from customers, patients, and the ABILITY workforce reinforced ABILITY’s value to the market.

Sharing these stories had an enormous impact internally and externally. ABILITY Network successfully utilized social channels and tools to continue to share their stories and elevate the healthcare conversation.
