Building a Culture of Innovation

BACKGROUND

Rapidly growing and experiencing changes on multiple fronts, ABILITY Network found it challenging to maintain a culture that they had worked hard to create. Company growth through acquisitions, expanding geographic locations, and new hires ultimately led to the need for ABILITY to communicate its culture and core values to an ever-growing employee base.

The employee programs ideas created by the NobleRock team, served to improve morale and motivate employees in all departments. It also led to improved employee engagement and communications.

SOLUTION

The NobleRock Creative team created a suite of likable and distinguishable characters for use in promotional and educational animations for internal and external audiences. As an expansion of this, we produced additional characters based on famous and historical figures. These were then used to create posters and animations with a humorous spin to convey cultural traits, product enhancements, and new product initiatives. NobleRock created numerous brand and cultural awareness programs throughout our engagement, along with several employee campaigns geared at spotlighting individuals and sharing their stories—their unique ABILITY.

RESULTS

The introduction of ABILITY’s Culture Program served as the primary driver in uniting people together. It didn’t take long before employees wanted to participate and nominate new characters and ideas of how they could be used. It became a monthly competition, and employees embraced it so much that they created teams and t-shirts to support the cultural traits that they felt they possessed, generating an environment of cooperation and collaboration.

Employee interaction and participation was highly successful. The marketing department received so many employee applications for participation that they had to expand the initiatives beyond what was initially planned. New concepts were approved and created to accommodate all those who wished to participate.

We are passionate about our work and about building meaningful, lasting client relationships.
