Brand Potential . . . Unlocked!

BACKGROUND

Great brands stand for something. Wellpartner’s executive leadership hired the NobleRock Creative team to review, audit, and analyze its brand.  The goal was to determine if Wellpartner exhibited strong competitive positioning, conveyed a distinctive identity, communicated a strong message platform, and executed a well-differentiated marketing strategy to realize their goal as a market leader and a true performance-driven company.

One request of the executive team was to consider renaming the company as they did not see the value and marketing potential in the name ‘Wellpartner.’

Paramount to achieving success is a strong, well differentiated marketing strategy with distinctive design and execution.

This requires thoughtful planning with defined tasks and delivery milestones.

SOLUTION

Phase One of the engagement consisted of an extensive review and analysis of Wellpartner’s existing brand, positioning, and messaging, obtained through various channels, including employee interviews, customer interviews, survey feedback, websites, collateral materials, and presentations.
The same comprehensive assessment was also conducted on Wellpartner’s key competitors, enabling identifying key gaps and opportunities. NobleRock Creative delivered a 56-page report at the conclusion of Phase One, illustrating our findings and recommendations to help the company pursue its desired goals.

The NobleRock team provided us with an intelligent, strategic, no-nonsense report on our brand status. Furthermore, they identified key opportunities for our company to exploit for successful growth in a competitive market.

RESULTS

As a result of our report findings and recommendations, NobleRock Creative was asked to prepare an aggressive plan and timeline to rebrand and reposition Wellpartner. A target relaunch was set within a three month period to coincide with a key 340B industry conference.

As part of the Phase Two engagement, the NobleRock team was required to design a new brand identity suite, create a new strategic message platform, and execute a full program of corporate sales and marketing solutions, including printed collateral, trade display materials, website solution and a complete strategic marketing plan and campaign for the next 12 months.

Using our research and analysis results, we convinced the executive team that the ‘Wellpartner’ name had some established brand equity and, with the right positioning, could become a powerful brand name in the 340B industry.

We are passionate about our work and about building meaningful, lasting client relationships.
